30 minutes of Nāda Yoga and mantra chanting.

What to expect

  • 10-15 minutes warm-up for voice, body and mind, followed by 15-20 minutes of mantra chanting and a minute in silence.
  • Over time you learn different mantras, their precise pronunciation in Sanskrit and different melodies.
  • It's beginners friendly and you don't need any musical skills to participate. You also don't need to be ill or recovering from any illness. It's just a wonderful way of "me-time".
  • Please be prepared to have your camera on during the practice, so that I can taylor my instructions to you and see what lands and what doesn't.
  • It's an active session and you are encouraged to sound and chant along, but your microphone will be muted, so nobody but you can hear you ;-)

How to prepare

  • I'm using Zoom to stream the online classes. Please install Zoom on your device to be ready for the class. Other participants can see your name. If you don't want to share this information I suggest you change it to your initials.
  • Please make sure that you can practice in a room where you feel at ease to hum and sing along with me. NO need to be a singer or love your voice.
  • You should be able to sit comfortably for about 30 minutes (get all the props you need!) and be ready to turn on your camera for the class, so that I can see your face and tailor my instructions to you.
  • Your microphone will be muted - the other participants won't hear you.
  • If you have a Tanpura drone you can bring it along to the online class. If you don't have one you can listen to mine, I will always make sure it's loud enough for you to dive into the sound!

Why I offer this (Daily) Practice

  • I offer the Nāda Yoga and Mantra practice out of a need to share with you what has proved very helpful to me at a difficult time. And also to set up a regular daily routine again for myself - that's why the classes take place as regularly as possible at my 9 a.m.
  • Most classes last 30 minutes. This offers you a wonderful opportunity to get a taste of the world of Nāda Yoga and to discover different elements for yourself.
  • Update: after 40 days I no longer offer Nāda Yoga daily, but about 2-3 times a week. Let me know if you are interested in a daily guided practice.

Pricing and Registration

  • For a long time I offered these classes free of charge. You can now take part in a free "trial lesson" and then book the classes for 5, 10, 15 or 20 Swiss Francs and thus help me to cover the costs of the offer and appreciate my time.
  • Registration is through Eversports. Get in touch with me if you need help with this.
  • If you enjoy my classes but don't have the financial means to pay for the classes, contact me and I'll give you five free participations. Money should never be the reason for not being able to do something :-)
