Upcoming events - 21 December 2022 - Solstice Peace Mantras

  • We are celebrating the turning point of the sun with Peace Mantras
  • Chant leaders from all around the globe will be leading Sanskrit peace mantras on December 21st, 2022
  • It's all online, so you can join any or all of the chant experiences from your home. And as the language of sound is universal, you can join practices in any language be it English, Frech or German
  • It's your perfect opportunity to dive into the world of sound and mantra
  • This is a beginners friendly event and you don't need any musical skills to participate
  • We are aware that you're not likely to listen and chant mantras the whole day. Therefore we also have "guided breaks" with easy yoga, guided body movement or a moment in silence.

Current events - Virtual Peace Choir Project

  • Learn and practice a simple melody of the Lokāḥ Mantra for the Virtual Peace Choir Project, see on
  • We start with a beginner friendly sound meditation before we learn and practice the mantra and one or two simple melodies (composed by Heart of Sound graduate and musician Martijn) for about 15 minutes. We end the practice with a moment in silence and the mantra Om.

  • This is a series of group practices to learn and immerse into this peace mantra and enhance your inner peace

Build a regular (peace) mantra practice

  • If you want to build a regular mantra practice join my daily 30 minutes mantra offering for a week (for free)
  • 10-15 minutes warm-up for voice, body and mind including a focus point, followed by 15-20 minutes of mantra chanting and a minute in silence.
  • This is a beginners friendly event and there is no need to join daily - just drop in (but please be on time and prepared to have your camera on).

Peace Mantra Chanting Circle

  • Join me online for a free 45-60 minutes group sound practice
  • Beginner friendly listening-in, warm-up and toning for body, voice and mind followed by a step-by-step introduction and chanting of the mantra in different melodies.
