At the height of summer, the sun shines at its fullest – inviting us to do the same. In this weekly online ritual, we open ourselves to the light through sacred sound, shared stillness, and intentional practice.

Every Sunday evening, we explore a sun mantra together. You will:

• learn the words and correct pronunciation

• explore the melody and vibrational quality

• chant the mantra in your own rhythm

Later, you can integrate these mantras into your sun salutations, morning rituals, or use them as a personal connection to the power of the sun.

What to expect

• 30 minutes of sound, awareness & inner alignment

• A new solar mantra each week

🌿 How to prepare

• Choose a quiet, comfortable space

• Sit upright and supported (with pillows or blankets)

• Keep your camera on for connection; your microphone will be muted during chanting

• Optional: Use a Tanpura drone for a meditative sound bed (e.g. Tanpura in C on YouTube)
